Learning different ways of writing.

Inspiration and motivation to try different writing styles.

Hearing the writing of others.

The professional socialising and expert teaching. Very practical teaching.

Being encouraged.

Technical aspects of writing.

Having different techniques explained.

Tips on how to get started—a good mix of discussion, theory and practice.

Opportunity for free writing to start the day.

Learning techniques from others as to how they think and write.

The many ways to find inspiration and a way to start writing (photo association, mapping, objects, letter writing).

Being able to apply the techniques, writing, writing and sharing.

Ways to think about and organise writing.

Confidence to speak, not feeling 'judged'.

Being encouraged to have a go.

Supportive environment.
